We understand that sometimes your flight may be delayed. Don’t panic, we won’t start charging you extra unless we have to wait more than one hour for you after your specified arrival time.

Waiting time will then be applied at a rate of £5.00 per 15 minutes.

Deposit Policy – Once you are happy with the price and arrangements, we take a small deposit to secure your booking, this ranges from £20.00 to £100.00 depending on the total cost.

We can take all forms of card payment and also accept BACs transfer. 

This deposit is non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.

Payment

We will require payment of the balance before travelling and accept all forms of card payment, BACs transfer or if you prefer we will take cash on the outward journey.
